Liesl Jordan has 27 years of strategic and operational experience working with the Australian government, multi-lateral organisations and domestic and international commercial enterprises. She served as the Australian Government’s senior security representative in the Australian High Commission, London from 2012-2016 where she worked with the UK heads of intelligence, security, and law enforcement, as well as other Five-Eyes partners to ensure coordinated bilateral and multi-lateral responses to complex national security matters. Upon leaving government service, she became a partner with the global firm Rann Security Group, where she advised ASX-listed companies on their government engagement and innovation strategies. She is now the CEO of Connect2Effect, a Canberra-based firm that specialises in assisting established and emerging technology companies create success in Australia and the near region.
