Admiral Lee Hsi-Min​

Admiral Lee Hsi-Min served over forty years in the Republic of China (Taiwan) Navy and was the 26th Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of China (Taiwan). He was the highest-ranking military officer and the primary military advisor to both the President and the Minister of National Defense.

Before his tenure as Chief of the General Staff, Admiral Lee served as the Chief of Navy and Vice Minister of National Defense. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Project 2049 Institute.

Admiral Lee graduated from the Republic of China Naval Academy and completed postgraduate officer education programs in Taiwan’s Naval Command and Staff College and the U.S. Naval War College..
